Respect for Intellectual Property

CHOP Inc. ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
  3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
  4. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
